For standard products, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If there are fitting issues, we offer one free adjustment. Any further changes are subject to a fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipment

For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 40 days after full measurement details have been received. Production only starts once all required information has been provided. Express production may be possible on request. For standard products, the delivery time is shown during the order process.
Production

Each product is custom-made according to your individual measurements and configuration. Please provide your measurements carefully. Minor variations in color or material may occur due to production processes. Each helmet is inspected before shipping.

It also features our specially crafted 3D-printed helmet shells, offering added safety without compromising on style.

1. Determine your head circumference

Additional information

If you already know your head circumference, you can skip this step.

If not, measure your head using a measuring tape or alternatively a piece of string, which you can then measure with a ruler. The tape should be placed snugly around your head at forehead level.

2. Choose your riding model in the Hat-Line online shop

Additional information

Browse our shop and select your preferred Western-style riding model.

Enter your head circumference in the “Size” field when placing your order.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us anytime at shop@hat-line.com – we are happy to assist you.

3. Fine adjustment using fitting rings

Additional information

To determine the exact fit, we will send you a set of nine fitting rings: Your selected size, as well as one size smaller and one size larger.

Each size includes three different shapes (e.g. round to oval).

Instructions for measuring are included in the package.

After testing, please submit your final size using the link provided.

4. Production and shipping of your custom riding model

Additional information

As soon as we receive your final size, your Hat-Line riding model will be manufactured in Austria.

It consists of a 3D-printed shell with a hand-finished surface. After quality control, your product is carefully packaged and shipped.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

Security you can't see – but feel.

Beneath the classic western hat lies a multi-layered protective system.

The shock-absorbing inner shell distributes impact forces evenly and ensures stability without affecting the wearing comfort.

A comfortable inner padding increases wearing comfort – even on longer rides.

Thus, every Hat-Line riding helmet combines traditional design with modern protective technology.
