Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are manufactured individually according to customer specifications.

If a custom-made helmet does not fit perfectly, we offer a one-time free adjustment (modification).

Further adjustments or additional changes are subject to a fee.

The return costs within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
