How do I measure my head?
How do I receive my trial rings?
Our sample rings will be sent to you the day after we receive your order; the shipment should arrive within 5 working days at the latest.
Can I have the helmet system installed in my own hat?
Unfortunately not, as our system requires a little space – your helmet would end up being a bit too small.
Return policy
We offer our customers a full return policy should you not be satisfied with the helmet. However, we kindly ask you not to order multiple helmets, as each helmet is a handmade, unique piece.
For this reason, the customer must pay the delivery fee.
How long will delivery take?
It usually takes about 50 days from order placement to receipt of the goods.
Standards
Our helmets are designed in accordance with EN:1384:2017 – however, they are not yet certified by TÜV.
