For standard products, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If there are fitting issues, we offer one free adjustment. Any further changes are subject to a fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 40 days after full measurement details have been received. Production only starts once all required information has been provided. Express production may be possible on request. For standard products, the delivery time is shown during the order process.

Each product is custom-made according to your individual measurements and configuration. Please provide your measurements carefully. Minor variations in color or material may occur due to production processes. Each helmet is inspected before shipping.

This model is a design product with an integrated inner shell.
It is not classified as a certified protective helmet.

Trial ring set – Find your perfect fit

To ensure your Hat-Line riding helmet with its hat-like design fits perfectly, we offer our trial ring set for detailed measurements.

Contains 9 rings – 3 sizes each (the ordered size, one size smaller & larger) in 3 different head shapes

Here's how it works:

Try on test rings and see which one fits best.
Check head movements – the ring should fit snugly but comfortably.
Note your size and shape and specify this when buying a helmet.

With our trial ring set, you can be sure that your new Hat-Line riding helmet will fit perfectly!

1. Determine your head circumference

If you already know your head circumference, you can skip this step.

If not, measure your head using a measuring tape or alternatively a piece of string, which you can then measure with a ruler. The tape should be placed snugly around your head at forehead level.

2. Choose your riding model in the Hat-Line online shop

Browse our shop and select your preferred Western-style riding model.

Enter your head circumference in the “Size” field when placing your order.

3. Fine adjustment using fitting rings

To determine the exact fit, we will send you a set of nine fitting rings: Your selected size, as well as one size smaller and one size larger.

Each size includes three different shapes (e.g. round to oval).

Instructions for measuring are included in the package.

After testing, please submit your final size using the link provided.

4. Production and shipping of your custom riding model

As soon as we receive your final size, your Hat-Line riding model will be manufactured in Austria.

It consists of a 3D-printed shell with a hand-finished surface. After quality control, your product is carefully packaged and shipped.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.
