Trial ring set – Find your perfect fit

To ensure your Hat-Line riding helmet with its hat-like design fits perfectly, we offer our trial ring set for detailed measurements.

  • Contains 9 rings – 3 sizes each (the ordered size, one size smaller & larger) in 3 different head shapes
  • Quick & easy to use – Testing only takes 10 minutes
  • Perfect fit guaranteed – precisely determine your size and head shape for maximum comfort and safety.

Here's how it works:

  • Try on test rings and see which one fits best.
  • Check head movements – the ring should fit snugly but comfortably.
  • Note your size and shape and specify this when buying a helmet.

With our trial ring set, you can be sure that your new Hat-Line riding helmet will fit perfectly!

1. Determine your head circumference

If you already know your head circumference, you can simply skip this step. If not, measure it with a tape measure or a string that you wrap snugly around your head.

2. Choose your riding helmet in the Hat-Line online shop

Browse our shop and find your favorite Western-style helmet. When ordering, please specify your head circumference under "Size". If you are unsure, you can always contact us by email at shop@hat-line.com – we are happy to help.

3. Fine-tuning with trial rings

Further information

To accurately determine your size, we will send you nine sample rings – in your chosen size, as well as one size smaller and one size larger. For each size, there are three rings in different shapes, from round to oval. Measuring instructions are included in the package. Please then submit your results via the provided link.

4. Production & Shipping of your custom-made Western helmet

Further information

Once we have received your size, your Hat-Line helmet will be manufactured in Austria – with a 3D-printed shell and hand-finished components.
After quality control, your helmet will be securely packaged and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
