The included fitting rings make it possible to determine the appropriate size comfortably at home. This makes the later selection easier and more precise.

Return Policy

The Hat-Line Gift Voucher Set is subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

Vouchers that have already been redeemed are excluded from cancellation.

Unused fitting rings must be returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping

The Gift Voucher Set is shipped by post in a sturdy white box (260 × 260 × 40 mm).

Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days within Germany and Austria.

International shipping is available. Orders are shipped after payment has been received.
Production

The set consists of:

  • a Hat-Line gift voucher
  • a fitting ring set for size determination

The fitting rings are intended solely for determining the appropriate size.

The voucher can be redeemed flexibly across the entire assortment on hat-line.com.

1. Determine your head circumference

Further information

If you already know your head circumference, you can skip this step.

If not, measure your head using a tape measure or alternatively with a piece of string which you then measure with a ruler. The tape should fit snugly around your head at forehead level.

2. Choose your riding model in the Hat-Line online shop

Further information

Browse our shop and select your preferred Western-style riding model.

When placing your order, enter your head circumference under “Size”.

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us at shop@hat-line.com — we will gladly help you choose.

3. Fine adjustment with fitting rings

Further information

To determine the most suitable size more precisely, we will send you nine fitting rings:

your selected size, as well as one size smaller and one size larger.

For each size there are three different shapes (for example round to oval).

Instructions for measuring are included in the package.

Please then submit your determined size using the link provided.

4. Production & shipping of your custom riding model

Further information

Once we receive your final size, your Hat-Line riding model will be manufactured in Austria.

It consists of a 3D-printed shell with hand-finished components. After quality control, your product is carefully packaged and shipped.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
