For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 40 days after full measurement details have been received. Production only starts once all required information has been provided. Express production may be possible on request. For standard products, the delivery time is shown during the order process.

Each product is custom-made according to your individual measurements and configuration. Please provide your measurements carefully. Minor variations in color or material may occur due to production processes. Each helmet is inspected before shipping.

1. Bestimmen Sie Ihren Kopfumfang

Wenn Sie Ihren Kopfumfang bereits kennen, können Sie diesen Schritt überspringen.

Falls nicht, messen Sie Ihren Kopfumfang mit einem Maßband oder alternativ mit einer Schnur, die Sie anschließend mit einem Lineal abmessen. Das Maßband sollte dabei eng um den Kopf auf Höhe der Stirn gelegt werden.

2. Wählen Sie Ihr Reitmodell im Hat-Line Onlineshop

Stöbern Sie in unserem Shop und wählen Sie Ihr bevorzugtes Reitmodell im Western-Stil.

Geben Sie bei der Bestellung Ihren Kopfumfang unter „Größe“ an.

3. Feinanpassung mit Proberingen

Zur genaueren Bestimmung der passenden Größe senden wir Ihnen neun Proberinge zu:
Ihre gewählte Größe sowie jeweils eine Nummer kleiner und größer.

Für jede Größe gibt es drei unterschiedliche Formen (z. B. rund bis oval).

Eine Anleitung zur Messung liegt dem Paket bei.

Bitte teilen Sie uns anschließend Ihre ermittelte Größe über den beigefügten Link mit.

4. Produktion & Versand Ihres maßgefertigten Reitmodells

Sobald wir Ihre endgültige Größe erhalten haben, wird Ihr Hat-Line Reitmodell in Österreich gefertigt.
Es besteht aus einer 3D-gedruckten Schale mit handverarbeitetem Finish. Nach der Qualitätskontrolle wird Ihr Produkt sorgfältig verpackt und versendet.

Sie erhalten anschließend eine Versandbestätigung mit Tracking-Link.
