For standard products, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If there are fitting issues, we offer one free adjustment. Any further changes are subject to a fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipment

For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 40 days after full measurement details have been received. Production only starts once all required information has been provided. Express production may be possible on request. For standard products, the delivery time is shown during the order process.

Each product is custom-made according to your individual measurements and configuration. Please provide your measurements carefully. Minor variations in color or material may occur due to production processes. Each helmet is inspected before shipping.

The flexible leather hat from SCIPPIS

Inspired by the national park of the same name in Queensland, the Springbrook SCIPPIS brings a piece of nature directly to your head. Crafted from exceptionally soft, supple leather, it sits comfortably and adapts perfectly. The braided leather hatband gives it a simple yet stylish look – ideal for everyday wear, travel, or adventures.

Thanks to ventilation holes and an elastic sweatband, the helmet remains comfortable even on warm days. Inside, our 3D-printed helmet shell provides additional safety and a customized fit. Springbrook It is a robust companion with functionality – uncomplicated, comfortable and ready for everything that awaits you outdoors.

Wenn Sie Ihren Kopfumfang bereits kennen, können Sie diesen Schritt überspringen.

Falls nicht, messen Sie Ihren Kopfumfang mit einem Maßband oder alternativ mit einer Schnur, die Sie anschließend mit einem Lineal abmessen. Das Maßband sollte dabei eng um den Kopf auf Höhe der Stirn gelegt werden.

Für jede Größe gibt es drei unterschiedliche Formen (z. B. rund bis oval).

4. Produktion & Versand Ihres maßgefertigten Reitmodells

Sobald wir Ihre endgültige Größe erhalten haben, wird Ihr Hat-Line Reitmodell in Österreich gefertigt.
Es besteht aus einer 3D-gedruckten Schale mit handverarbeitetem Finish. Nach der Qualitätskontrolle wird Ihr Produkt sorgfältig verpackt und versendet.

Sie erhalten anschließend eine Versandbestätigung mit Tracking-Link.
