If there are fitting issues, we offer one free adjustment. Any further changes are subject to a fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For custom-made products, the production time is approximately 40 days after full measurement details have been received. Production only starts once all required information has been provided. Express production may be possible on request. For standard products, the delivery time is shown during the order process.
Each product is custom-made according to your individual measurements and configuration. Please provide your measurements carefully. Minor variations in color or material may occur due to production processes. Each helmet is inspected before shipping.

How it works
From the initial measurement to the finished handmade riding model.
Measure your head circumference with a measuring tape or a piece of string.
If you already know your head circumference or your final sizing ring measurement, you can skip this step. Otherwise, place the measuring tape horizontally around your head at forehead level. Alternatively, use a piece of string and measure it afterwards with a ruler.
Select your preferred riding model and place your order in our online shop.
Choose your preferred Western-style riding model. Enter your head circumference in the size field during the order process. If you already know your final sizing ring measurement, enter the complete size including the letter, for example 54V or 57N.
The sizing rings help determine the exact size and head shape.
We send you suitable sizing rings to determine the final fit. Each size is available in different head shapes. Please send us the exact sizing ring measurement including the letter. Production cannot begin without a clear final size.
Your riding model is handmade after we receive your final sizing ring measurement.
Once we receive your final size, the hat is handmade by our hat maker. We then install the internal construction and complete the riding model. Production takes approximately 40 working days. Once shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Construction in detail
Beneath the classic Western hat is a multi-layered internal construction. The individual components are assembled to suit the respective hat model.
The inner shell helps maintain the hat’s shape and forms part of the multi-layered construction.
An additional cushioning layer is positioned between the inner shell and the interior padding.
The interior padding rests directly against the head and provides a comfortable fit, even during longer rides.
