Our 3D Printed Shell Structure
High-precision 3D printing
The base of each bowl is produced using 3D printing. This creates a uniform shape and a stable, reproducible construction for each individual model.
Integrated damping insert
After printing, a specially developed cushioning insert made of plastic is inserted. This provides additional comfort and supports even pressure distribution when worn.
Soft felt surface
Finally, a high-quality felt surface is applied. It improves the feel, increases wearing comfort and ensures a clean, high-quality finish inside the riding model.
