2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on August 21, 2026 with the publication of the giveaway post and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Entries submitted after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are resident in a country currently available as a shipping destination in the Hat-Line online shop.

Employees of Hat-Line and persons directly involved in organizing or conducting the giveaway are excluded from participation.

Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required.

4. How to Participate

To participate, all of the following requirements must be completed within the giveaway period:

• Follow @hatline.official on Instagram.
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag one other person.
• Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

If the participant has a private Instagram account, Hat-Line may request proof that the Story requirement was completed, for example by requesting a screenshot.

Automated entries, giveaway bots, manipulated entries or attempts to participate using false identities are not permitted.

5. Prize

One Hat-Line riding model of the winner's choice will be awarded from the range regularly available at the time the winner is selected.

The choice is limited to models, variants and sizes that Hat-Line can technically manufacture and currently offers.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in cash or transferred to another person.

Hat-Line covers the standard shipping costs for delivery of the prize to a country serviced by Hat-Line at the time of shipment.

Any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, particularly outside the European Union, are not included in the prize and may be payable by the winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries after the giveaway has ended.

The winner will be contacted by private message from the official Hat-Line Instagram account @hatline.official.

The winner must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification.

If the winner does not respond within this period, Hat-Line reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

After the winner has been selected, Hat-Line will request the information required to manufacture and deliver the prize.

This may include the winner's name, delivery address, contact details and the information required to determine the correct helmet size.

As the prize is individually prepared, the sizing process will follow the standard Hat-Line sizing procedure.

8. Exclusion from the Giveaway

Hat-Line reserves the right to exclude participants where there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, automated participation, participation under a false identity, circumvention of the one-entry-per-person rule or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes or Early Termination

Hat-Line reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway early for good cause, particularly where proper execution can no longer be guaranteed due to technical, legal or other circumstances outside Hat-Line's reasonable control.

Any rights already established remain unaffected where required by law.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed only where necessary to conduct the giveaway, select the winner, manufacture the prize and arrange delivery.

Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Hat-Line privacy policy on our website.

Personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will not be used for newsletters or other direct marketing solely on the basis of participation in the giveaway.

11. Instagram / Meta

This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way.

Hat-Line OG is solely responsible for the giveaway.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to Hat-Line and not to Instagram or Meta.

Participants release Instagram and Meta from liability in connection with this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

12. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the participant's country of residence.

If any individual provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
